Job Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level IT support to users for hardware, software, email, network, and system-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
  • Assist in user account management, including creation, modification, and deactivation of user and email accounts as per approved requests.
  • Support operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and standard business software.
  • Assist in basic network support activities, including LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, VPN access, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data protection guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventories, service records, and documentation.
  • Log, track, and resolve IT issues through the Helpdesk system, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and installations when required.
  • Assist in system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance activities.
  • Support IT onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
  • Identify recurring IT issues and elevate them to senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Provide basic user training and guidance on the proper use of IT systems and equipment.
  • Support IT projects and initiatives assigned by the IT management.
Candidate Profile
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an IT support or similar role.
  • Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networks.
  • Basic understanding of networking, internet applications, and system security.
  • Good problem-solving, diagnostic, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks effectively and work under minimal supervision.
