Job Description

• Supervise on-site electrical execution work (Low Voltage, Medium Voltage, Fire Alarm, Control Systems).
• Prepare and review shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Develop and analyze Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Prepare daily reports, site progress updates, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure all site works are in compliance with Saudi Building Code and international standards (IEC, NFPA).
• Conduct quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and material submittals.
• Lead and manage site electricians and technicians efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical contracting (preferably buildings sector).
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Saudi codes and international codes (IEC, NFPA, SBC).
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
