Junior Hybris Web Administrator - Riyadh - Saudi Arabia

Working as Junior Web Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and optimizing our e-commerce platform and website to ensure an excellent user experience.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist in the administration and configuration of the SAP Commerce Hybris platform.
• Support the implementation of new features, fixes, and improvements on the platform.
• Perform routine backups and data management tasks.
• Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
• Contribute to platform updates and ensure proper version control.
• Ensure the web platform is secure, up-to-date, and operating efficiently.
• Create and maintain documentation for systems and processes related to Hybris.
• Upload and update product information, descriptions, pricing, and images using the Content Management System (CMS).
• Regularly check website performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them promptly.
• Assist in optimizing website content for search engines to improve rankings and visibility.
• Manage online inventory, product categories, and promotional campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with customer support to resolve user-reported technical issues.
• Monitor website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and generate performance reports.
• Work closely with marketing, IT, and design teams to enhance the online shopping experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
• +1 year of experience in web administration, e-commerce management, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of SAP Commerce Hybris platform and web technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and web analytics tags.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and website performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
