Job Description:

This role involves assisting in the preparation of operational plans and budgets, generating reports for cross-functional teams and multiple business lines, and organizing cost data to forecast expenses for monthly, quarterly, and annual plans. The trainee will analyze month-end reports to identify cost-saving opportunities, monitor KPIs, and investigate variances. Responsibilities also include consolidating payments and collections to prepare rolling cash forecasts and coordinating between project controlling, accounting, and HR. Month-end closing activities such as cost transfers and allocations are also part of the role.

Person Specification:

IT/System Knowledge

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Access

Language Skills

Fluent in written and spoken English
