Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Consultant / Consultant to join our dynamic team at Asite. In this role, you will support the successful implementation and adoption of Asite's cloud-based solutions, working closely with clients to optimize their digital workflows and enhance collaboration in capital projects. Your ability to understand client needs, provide expert guidance, and drive digital transformation will be instrumental in ensuring long-term success for our customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, develop consulting expertise, and contribute to the growth of our business in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact during implementation and beyond.
• Develop and execute detailed plans for deployment, change management, and adoption programs to ensure smooth transitions and high client satisfaction.
• Lead or assist in the implementation of Asite's platform for new and existing clients, ensuring alignment with their business processes and objectives.
• Provide ongoing support to address any issues or questions.
• Identify, track, and resolve any challenges or bugs reported by clients during and after implementation.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to communicate client feedback, suggest improvements, and contribute to product development.
• Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth and assist in preparing proposals for additional services or solutions that align with client needs.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Proven ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities, with the capacity to present information clearly and professionally.
• Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations to diverse audiences.
• Understanding of cloud-based solutions and SaaS implementations.
• Project Management: Experience in managing multiple priorities, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering results.
• Background in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Effective teamwork and positive contribution to group dynamics.
• Willingness to travel as required by project needs.

Language Capabilities

• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Qualifications
