Job summary

UCC Holding is seeking a motivated Junior Architect - Fresh Graduate to join our architectural team. This role offers hands-on experience in construction and fit-out projects while learning from experienced professionals.

You will assist in drawings, coordinate with site teams, and develop documentation using AutoCAD. A recent Architecture graduate with internship or project exposure is ideal, with strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Fresh graduate or 0-1 year of experience
• Internship or academic project experience is an advantage
• Good knowledge of architectural design and construction principles
• Good proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and details.
• Support Senior Architects in design development and project documentation.
• Prepare and update drawings using AutoCAD and other architectural software.
• Assist with material schedules, specifications, presentations, and technical submissions.
• Participate in site visits and inspections as required.
• Assist in reviewing architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material samples.
• Support RFIs, as-built drawings, and other project documentation.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, submissions, and approvals.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
• Follow project quality, HSE, and company procedures.
• Support the team with other architectural and project-related tasks as required
