We are looking for an experienced Jr. Accountant to undertake all aspects of financial management to join our team.

This is a highly demanding, challenging and fast paced full time position based in Saudi - Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Processing Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable invoices.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly Accounts Payable reports.
• Prepare, audit and input employee reimbursements.
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance
• Prepare and issue invoices for billing
• Inventory reconciliation.
• Reconciliation of travel expenses

Skills and education:

• A College degree in Finance/Accounting
• Strong Experience using Quickbooks. Experience in Netsuite is a plus
• Accounts Payable - Accurate bill entry and reconciliation against open Purchase Orders and Bill of Ladings. Communicate with vendors regarding backup and missing invoices as appropriate.
• Inventory reconciliation process.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Knowledge of steel, aluminum and hardware components is a big plus.
