Responsibilities

This position is responsible for executing MSA's FP Systems and Solutions Sales strategy in MEAIRR and related product, sales development, and go-to-market tactics. The role involves building a comprehensive business in the Construction Sector (Fall Protection Solutions) in Saudi Arabia, aiming to grow market share among major construction projects. The incumbent will focus on strategic opportunities with key end-users and communicate MSA's value proposition effectively.

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy/plan for growing MSA's products in Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify new business opportunities and penetrate target markets.
  • Develop strategic relationships with targeted customers through direct engagement.
  • Manage interactions with current and future customers.
Develop and implement a strategic accounts sales process
  • Create a strategic pipeline for key accounts and target opportunities for growth.
  • Standardize the process for selling MSA's vision to strategic partners.
  • Foster deep relationships with key influencers within strategic accounts.
  • Grow market share by identifying opportunities for competitive conversions and new growth segments such as Aerospace, OGP, Utilities, Petrochemical, and Construction, across KSA.
Market Training and Execution
  • Collaborate with MSA's training departments to ensure sales and marketing teams have adequate product knowledge.
  • Deliver product sales training to clients, channel partners, and integrators.
  • Conduct Lunch and Learns for key specifiers and influencers on FP and relevant standards/regulations.
Identify Opportunities for Other Functions
  • Maintain high product knowledge across ranges.
  • Identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities within MSA.
  • Coordinate with other sales associates to ensure effective communication and maximize revenue.
Qualifications
Required Experience
  • 3+ years in sales or key account management.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and practices.
  • Proven business development and account management success.
  • Experience working with end-users and regional partners.
  • Ability to build and grow customer networks.
  • Experience in developing successful sales strategies.
  • Safety industry experience.
  • Project sales expertise.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Independent and systematic work approach.
  • Good time management skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Industry knowledge.
  • Background in Construction & Project Sales with active contacts.

Education: Bachelor/Master's degree in a related field.

Travel: More than 70% of the time.
