URGENT HIRING : Joinery Technical Manager KSA Project

High-End Turnkey Fit-Out Projects | Middle East Experience Required

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Joinery Technical Manager to lead the technical execution of a high-end interior fit-out turnkey project in Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Industry : Joinery / Interior Fit-Out

Availability : Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee all technical activities related to joinery production and installation
• Review, prepare, and validate shop drawings, cutting lists, and material specifications
• Lead the coordination between design, production, and site teams to ensure accuracy and quality
• Ensure technical compliance with project requirements, design intent, and international standards
• Provide technical input and problem-solving support during design and construction phases
• Maintain documentation, project records, and technical reports

Requirements :

• Minimum of 10 years of solid experience in joinery technical management
• Proven track record in high-end turnkey fit-out projects in the Middle East
• Expertise in joinery production, materials, and bespoke interior elements
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SolidWorks is a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field is an advantage
