II. POSITION SUMMARY
Working from the Project Office, to support the Project Execution team. The incumbent will interact with
the Site team to collate EH&S data for analysis.
The incumbent is responsible for establishing databases that provide an opportunity to track all EH&S
incident data at the Project.
The incumbent is expected to have good knowledge of EH&S throughout all phases of construction and
commissioning.
III. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
This position is accountable for the following:
1. Collect and manage EHS data from various sources including incident reports, safety inspections,
compliance audits, Observation register.
2. Analyse EHS data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern.
3. Support the development and implementation of safety campaigns.
4. Track the close-out of actions through Aman.
5. Participate in RCA’s when requested.
6. Generate regular reports (Monthly, Quarterly / Annual) on EHS performance, including incident
rates, compliance levels, and progress towards EHS goals.
7. Work closely with other EHS staff to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
8. Utilize data analysis tools and software to effectively manage and analyze EHS data.
9. Assist in the development of EHS policies and procedures based on data analysis.
10. Support EHS audits and inspections by providing necessary data and analysis.
11. Train other staff and contractor on data collection and reporting procedures as necessary.
12. Stay current on local, national, and international EHS regulations to ensure accurate reporting.
13. Participate in EHS meetings and present data analysis findings.
14. Be familiar with all BSP tools and use them.
15. Attend EH&S meeting’s and prepare MoM.
16. Support the Contractor in monitoring their Action Tracking Registers.
17. Support training and awareness campaigns.
18. Update on the information on the EHS board.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Environmental Science, Data Science, Occupational Safety, or
related field.
2. English language capability – reading and writing (reading, writing, & speaking).
3. Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
4. Knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.
5. Proficiency in data analysis software and tools such as SAP-EM, Qliksense, MS-Forms and Excel.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills.
8. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
9. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills:
1. Prior experience in an EH&S role.
2. Certification in data analysis or related field.
3. Arabic language skills
