Job description

Exciting New Start Up Project in Riyadh needs a Primary Librarian for all year groups.
Established reputable global school group.

Compensation & Benefits

  1. Salary: SR 12,000 - 16,000 per month
  2. Accommodation: Shared accommodation (2 teachers per apartment unit) in an expatriate residential complex; alternatively, a housing allowance can be discussed.
  3. Gratuity: 1 month’s salary for every contractual year completed upon fulfilling the full contract term.
  4. Annual Leave: School holidays as per the school calendar (excluding preparation weeks prior to the academic year launch).
  5. Medical Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for employees.
  6. Annual Return Air Passage: Economy class return ticket to your home country.

Key Requirements

  1. At least 2 – 5 years relevant professional library experience in primary.
  2. The candidate should hold a minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Library / Education or equivalent, which is obtained from a recognised University or College involving not less than 3 years full time study.
  3. Teachers Certificates, Diplomas or other Teacher Accreditation courses and certification are required if the applicant’s degree is not in Education.
  4. IB PYP knowledge and/or the Reggio Emilia approach and training are highly valued.
  5. Knowledge of or willingness to acquire knowledge of inquiry-based learning is required.
  6. Applicants must provide original copies of their Certificates and academic transcripts for authentication.
  7. International experience, especially in the Middle East is highly regarded.
  8. Candidates must have native English fluency and be from English-speaking countries, including the UK, Europe, US, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.
