We are looking for (IT Technician) (Saudi National) to be responsible for maintaining the computer and network systems of an organization. Their duties include troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues, setting up computer networks and assisting employees and customers with IT-related problem.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization
• Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
• Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
• Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software
• Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices
• Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly

Qualifications

• Must be Saudi National
• Must be based in KHOBAR or willing to reallocate to KHOBAR, Saudi Arabia
• At least Two years of Experience in the IT Field.
• Senior and out of work for more than three months
