The IT Systems & Application Manager is responsible for managing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the organizations IT systems and applications to support business operations and enhance productivity. This role includes managing enterprise systems like ERP, providing technical support, and ensuring compliance with data security standards. The IT Systems & Application Manager collaborates with stakeholders to align IT systems with business needs and oversees projects that drive digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• System Implementation and Maintenance: Oversee the deployment and maintenance of internal software and tools for efficient management of business operations (e.g., ERP, property listings, tenant information). Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with business requirements.
• System Performance and Optimization: Monitor the performance of IT systems and applications, identifying areas for optimization and implementing improvements. Collaborate with vendors for system updates, patches, and enhancements.
• Data Security and Compliance: Implement security measures, including firewalls, encryption, and access controls, to protect organizational data. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Technical Support and Training: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Train staff on the effective use of IT systems and applications.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work with business units to understand operational needs and align IT systems with organizational objectives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for system integration and project implementation.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports on system performance, usage, and project progress for senior management. Maintain detailed documentation for IT systems and processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills
