المتطلبات: 3 سنوات خبرة في نفس الموقف مثل دعم سطح المكتب أو مسؤول النظام أو مسؤول الشبكة أو دعم تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
Requirements: 3 years’ experience in same position as Desktop support, System Admin, Network Admin or IT Support.
جيد مع اللغة الإنجليزية. التحدث والكتابة والاستماع.
Good with English language. Speak, Write, and Listen.
مسؤولة عن التوفير الفعال والتركيب / التكوين، وتشغيل وصيانة أنظمة الأجهزة والبرمجيات والبنية التحتية ذات الصلة. يشارك في البحث والتطوير التقني لتمكين الابتكار المستمر داخل البنية التحتية.
Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.
Establishes and maintains smooth operation of computer systems (including operating systems, software, and hardware) in networked or stand-alone configurations, maintains system integrity, and upgrades systems and/or servers as required.
Create and document new methods supporting network/system operations and implement changes to procedures.
May plan for the transition of development and/or production environments to new technologies, utilize system software to monitor the performance of system files, manage system data to maintain performance efficiencies, and study system requirements to determine proper server installation methods and procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer, and software issues reported to the Service Desk.
Troubleshoot and resolve all problems encountered with hardware and software. Escalate requests to the appropriate party, as needed. Replace or repair defective parts and equipment.
Maintain company own operation software and conduct technology training for new users.
Perform routine server monitoring and performance benchmarking.
Complete special projects as requested.
Maintain the company website and update it regularly.
Set up all necessary IT requirements for emails and software installations for new arrivals.
Install PBX and extension telephones.
Connect and maintain network connections between different Tanmia sites.
Any other responsibilities not listed here but related to IT must also be performed.
Regular documentation of assets and procedures.
Communications and working relationships: Requires communication with Admin / HR / IT Manager for all IT-related matters, and with other departments/employees for IT issues. Also involves external communication regarding IT duties.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
