Job Description

An IT Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day support of IT systems for business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephony systems throughout the hotel.

As the IT Supervisor, your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the superior in maintaining hotel software and hardware.
  • Resolving technical and operational problems based on user reports.
  • Following the instructions of the Information Systems Manager regarding hardware and software operations.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
  • Ensuring user permissions are authorized, conducting monthly audit reports, and verifying correct usage.
  • Resolving guest IT inquiries to enhance guest satisfaction with minimal risk.
  • Owning hotel data and ensuring timely data backups.
  • Providing IT support to other Hilton hotels as needed and conducting cross-training.
  • Ensuring hotel data security aligns with standards and best practices.
  • Managing access controls to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Conducting regular disaster recovery drills and manual procedures training.
  • Identifying, evaluating, and implementing local IT solutions in coordination with the Regional Deputy General Manager.
  • Adhering to hotel safety policies and emergency procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
  • University degree in IT or related field, with relevant certifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
