The IT Specialist plays a crucial role in the Security & Fire Systems industry, ensuring that all technological systems are functioning optimally. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and problem-solving skills to support the organization's IT infrastructure. The IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company's IT systems, ensuring security protocols are followed, and providing support to end-users. With a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be adept at managing both hardware and software issues while contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
2. Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
3. Implement and manage security protocols to protect sensitive data and systems.
4. Assist in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.
