We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Security Manager to lead our cybersecurity operations function. This role is essential for managing the organization s security posture, leading a team of security professionals, and ensuring our cybersecurity solutions effectively protect against threats and support business continuity.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the cybersecurity team, providing direction, mentorship, and performance oversight to foster a high-performing environment.
- Cybersecurity Strategy: Develop, implement, and continuously enhance the organization s cybersecurity strategy, policies, and processes to meet evolving threats.
- Security Technology Management: Oversee the deployment and configuration of security technologies, including endpoint protection, identity and access management, data loss prevention, email security, application control, and vulnerability management tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT, compliance, legal, and business units to align security initiatives with organizational objectives and ensure effective communication.
- Incident Response Coordination: Collaborate with the Internal Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team to effectively address security incidents and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Threat Monitoring: Continuously monitor for emerging threats and vulnerabilities, implementing proactive measures to safeguard the organization.
- Audit Support: Facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, Aramco, NCA, and industry-specific regulations.
- Business Continuity Planning: Coordinate disaster recovery efforts and business continuity exercises to prepare for and respond to cyber incidents.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with cybersecurity vendors and evaluate new products and services to enhance security operations.

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role focused on security operations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture and security operations best practices.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex security concepts into business terms.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with incident response frameworks and playbooks.
- Strong project management and vendor negotiation skills.
