Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across various IT solutions and services.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Lead and mentor a sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Engage in high-level negotiations with clients, effectively addressing objections and closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with prospects and drive leads.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demos that showcase the unique value of IT offerings.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the professional network and generate leads.
- Continuously refine sales strategies based on feedback and evolving market conditions.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills in both Arabic and English.
- Well-established network with enterprise customers in the Central Region.
- Strong relationships with key technology vendors such as Cisco, Huawei, HP, Dell/EMC, Palo Alto, Microsoft, etc.
Experience & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in sales within an IT System Integrator company, particularly in the Central Region of Saudi Arabia.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, or Engineering).
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and security products, with experience in selling such solutions.
- Proven ability to manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely and effective results.
