Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across various IT solutions and services.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Lead and mentor a sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Engage in high-level negotiations with clients, effectively addressing objections and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with prospects and drive leads.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demos that showcase the unique value of IT offerings.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the professional network and generate leads.
  • Continuously refine sales strategies based on feedback and evolving market conditions.

  • Experienced in managing relationships with enterprise clients and C-level executives.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes within the enterprise sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Well-established network with enterprise customers in the Central Region.
  • Strong relationships with key technology vendors such as Cisco, Huawei, HP, Dell/EMC, Palo Alto, Microsoft, etc.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales within an IT System Integrator company, particularly in the Central Region of Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, or Engineering).
  • Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and security products, with experience in selling such solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely and effective results.
