Job description

Location: Saudi

Role: IT Recruiter

Salary: upto SAR 20K

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in IT or similar.
  2. 4-6 years of experience in IT recruitment and account management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with the Business Development Team to identify staffing needs.
  2. Determine selection criteria.
  3. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social media platforms and professional networks).
  4. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  5. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
  6. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  7. Experience in hiring for IT technologies.
  8. Analyze and clearly understand job requirements from clients, such as job description, qualifications, and other skills.
  9. Operation and administration of the recruitment and selection process.
  10. Interviewing candidates and pre-screening CVs.
  11. Sourcing potential candidates, screening, interviewing, selecting, job approach, and arranging interviews between client and candidate.
  12. Support clients and candidates during the salary and benefits offer process and negotiation.

Desired Requirements:

  1. Experience in the Saudi market.
  2. Aware of local employment pass regulations.
  3. In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
  4. Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, etc.).
  5. Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards.
  6. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  7. Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or any related field.
  8. Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Skype).
  9. Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  10. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  11. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting, LinkedIn).
  12. Conversational Arabic skills.
