We are seeking a dedicated and motivated IT Project Manager to lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with business objectives. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and effectively monitoring progress.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, monitor, and follow up on technology projects to ensure all user requests are addressed efficiently.
• Distribute tasks among technicians based on their areas of expertise.
• Ensure that all projects comply with established schedules and requirements.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) of ongoing projects and ensure that all project-related information is updated according to established plans.
• Manage operational, supply, and installation projects in alignment with project requirements.
• Focus on managing project priorities that best serve departmental objectives and use resources efficiently.
• Act as a coordinator between projects and various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Implement approved project management methodologies as established by the organization.
• Document and maintain all information related to services in the [specific department].
• Archive lessons learned from completed projects and share insights to improve future initiatives.
• Maintain historical data and project records along with metrics and performance outcomes.
• Provide support for the training and development of IT management staff in project management skills.
• Document all service-related activities and incidents to report to the appropriate authorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies is essential.
• Familiarity with the challenges of managing projects in a governmental or semi-governmental context is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
