- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, successfully delivering complex IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Hands-on implementation exposure on latest Temenos Transact products, TAFJ, Jboss, WebLogic, DS, IRIS-R18, T24 artefacts package and deployment, UXP.
- Participated in project enabling solution for building local features to speed up Deployment & Development cycles Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks and issues proactively. Sound decision-making abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and resources effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Experience in managing diverse IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, and system integrations.
