In this role, you will manage the planning, execution, and closing of IT projects while ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to set project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals.

• Facilitate regular project status meetings to communicate progress and gather feedback.

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes in scope.

• Analyze project performance metrics to ensure optimal resource utilization.

• Foster a positive team environment that encourages innovation and teamwork.

• Perform post-project evaluations and incorporate lessons learned into future projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.

• At least 3 years of experience in IT project management, with a solid understanding of project lifecycles and methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for stakeholder management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• PMP certification or similar project management credentials is advantageous.

• Must be fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
