Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive IT Project Coordinator to coordinate the integration of an automated sales collection system across retail tenants. Based in Riyadh, this full-time, on-site role plays a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making and enhancing retail performance.


Responsibilities


  • Act as the main point of contact for shopping center tenants during the rollout of the automated sales collection system (fluency or advanced proficiency in Arabic is mandatory).
  • Conduct tenant meetings virtually (via Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and on-site when necessary.
  • Follow structured communication guidelines and scripts to ensure professional and consistent engagement.
  • Translate and validate project-related emails, documents, and system materials from English to Arabic.
  • Work closely with an internal English-speaking project manager to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
  • Track, monitor, and report project progress, ensuring deadlines and milestones are consistently met.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of tenant interactions and project updates.

Qualifications
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic, with strong translation and localization skills.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, IT project management, or client relationship management.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to follow structured workflows with high attention to detail.
  • Organized and capable of handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Results-driven with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience in sectors such as retail technology, real estate, property management, IT systems, or data integration is an advantage.
