Job description

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.
• Manage and support ERP systems (e.g., inventory, production, finance modules) tailored for garment manufacturing and retail.
• Supervise the retail POS system and ensure smooth integration with central databases.
• Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place to protect company data and systems.
• Liaise with external vendors for software solutions, hardware procurement, and support services.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Train and support internal teams on IT tools and systems.
• Plan and execute IT budgets, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
