Job description

IT Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining our client, an international insurance firm, KSA Technology Infrastructure, Workplace technology and Cyber Security ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security at all times. You will protect their associates by defining access privileges, control structures, and resources; and by recognizing problems by identifying abnormalities and reporting violations.

This role will involve overseeing day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing best practices for IT management. The job holder will be responsible for optimizing our ITSM framework, managing and securing our hybrid cloud setup hosted in Hyper-V and private cloud with a long term view of migrating this to and managing MS Azure Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field
• 5+ years of experience as IT Manager in financial services firm or insurance company
• Experience in Technology Infrastructure, Workplace technology
• Expertise in Cyber Security
• Experience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems
• Strong technical problem solving and communication skills
