Summary of the Role:


This IT Manager role is for a strategic, hands-on leader capable of managing complex IT environments in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will drive service excellence, ensure compliance with local and international standards, and foster a collaborative IT culture that aligns with business goals while protecting organizational assets.


Duties and Responsibilities:


IT Service Management (ITSM):


  • Implement, oversee, and continually improve IT services following ITIL 4 and ISO 20000-1:2018 standards.
  • Ensure IT services meet or surpass SLAs and support strategic objectives.
  • Standardize IT services to improve efficiency and consistency across all units.

Strategic IT Planning & Operations:


  • Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements in KSA.
  • Lead high-level IT projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timely, within-scope, and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align IT initiatives with digital transformation efforts.

Vendor and Partner Management:


  • Oversee vendor selection, contracts, and performance to meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure technology solutions support operational and security needs.

Risk Management and Compliance:


  • Work with risk and security teams to identify and mitigate IT-related risks.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., NCA directives) and industry standards.
  • Maintain documentation for audits and compliance reviews.

Operational Leadership and Continuous Improvement:


  • Manage the IT team, promoting collaboration, accountability, and ongoing improvement.
  • Implement KPIs to monitor and enhance IT service performance.
  • Oversee incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.

Stakeholder Communication:


  • Provide updates, reports, and risk assessments to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the main contact for IT issues, ensuring prompt resolution and communication.
