Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary IT Manager to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As the IT Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our information technology department, ensuring the efficient and innovative use of technology to support our organization's goals and objectives.


  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives
  • Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, systems, and security to ensure optimal performance and protection of company assets
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Manage IT budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to maximize ROI
  • Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization
  • Analyze business requirements and recommend innovative technology solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs
  • Manage complex IT projects from conception to implementation
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive digital transformation initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience in IT management
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing IT strategies
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, security, and service delivery
  • Excellent project management skills with experience in leading complex IT initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyze costs, and optimize resource allocation
  • In-depth understanding of industry standards and best practices (e.g., ITIL, COBIT)
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are highly desirable
  • Adaptability and willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to data privacy and security
