Job description

As IT Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring all our hotel’s technology runs efficiently, securely, and reliably. From supporting day-to-day operations to leading system upgrades and cybersecurity, you’ll help deliver the digital backbone that powers unforgettable guest experiences.


A little taste of your day-to-day:


Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:


Managing the hotel’s IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, and software to ensure stable, secure, and efficient operations


Troubleshooting system issues and providing prompt support to hotel teams and departments


Coordinating with vendors and corporate teams on system upgrades, installations, and integrations


Ensuring data security and compliance with IT policies, standards, and local regulations


Training staff on system use and digital tools to increase tech confidence and minimize disruptions


Monitoring IT budgets, controlling expenses, and recommending cost-effective solutions


What we need from you:


Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field


Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT management, preferably in hospitality or a similarly service-oriented environment


Strong knowledge of networks, systems, databases, and cybersecurity


Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure


Great communication skills and a collaborative, service-minded approach


Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
