Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished IT Manager to oversee and optimize our organization's technology infrastructure, encompassing software, hardware, CRM systems, Oracle applications, and HCM solutions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust safety protocols and cybersecurity measures to ensure secure and efficient operations. This role requires strategic leadership and collaboration to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the IT department, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
- Manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware systems, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Administer and enhance CRM systems to support business development and customer relationship management objectives.
- Supervise the integration and optimization of Oracle applications to improve organizational performance.
- Implement and manage HCM solutions to effectively support human capital processes.
- Develop and enforce comprehensive safety and cybersecurity protocols, safeguarding the organization's assets and data.

Requirements
