Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing with vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Resolve any issues or disputes with vendors in a timely and effective manner.

IT Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Ensure the infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable to meet the company's needs.
• Implement and manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Asset Management:

• Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware and software.
• Ensure proper lifecycle management of IT assets, from procurement to disposal.
• Conduct regular audits of IT assets and update records accordingly.
• Optimize the use of IT assets to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Project Management:

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise and mentor a team of IT professionals.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor degree or higher in related fields IT, Computer Engineering
• 10 years experience
• Professional certification in related system
• Team management : 2 to 3 years experience as manager or lead
