proactiveIT Infrastructure and Venue Management Expertto join
our team in Saudi Arabia.

IT Infrastructure and Venue ManagementExpertwill
be responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of IT infrastructure for the
tournament. This role will serve as the primary liaison with various
stakeholders, ensuring the successful planning, design, implementation, and
management of IT services across all venues.

What You’ll Be Doing:

·Ensure all aspects of infrastructure services
(WAN, LAN, Cyber Security, Digital Workplace, VoIP, End-user support) are
implemented according to project requirements.
·Collaborate with Host Country entities,
suppliers, and government bodies to ensure timely delivery of IT infrastructure
services.
·Oversee all planning tasks and deliverables to
ensure they are completed within scope, budget, and schedule.
·Lead a team of infrastructure specialists,
coordinating all IT projects from planning through to implementation and
operational phases.
·Assist in the development and execution of IT
readiness programs, including test events and training sessions.
·Develop and manage asset tracking for deployed
equipment across all venues.
·Draft Requests for Proposal and Support the
selection and onboarding of IT suppliers and service providers.

What We’re Looking For:

·Education:A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
·Experience:At least 8 years at mega
international sports events.
·Skills: Relevant technology certifications
(e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL) preferred. Proven experience in leading large-scale IT
infrastructure projects in a high-pressure environment.
