Job description

• Manage all IT infrastructure: servers, networks, storage, backup, DR, cloud, and on-premise environments
• Oversee IT security operations (access control, security policy compliance, audit responses)
• Lead new infrastructure projects: define requirements, review architecture, manage schedule, budget, risks, and external vendors

Application & ERP Operations Management

• Ensure smooth operation of in-house and ERP applications
• Lead and improve application development projects
• Coordinate internal and outsourced development teams
• Oversee the full application lifecycle: planning, development, operations, and improvements
• Implement robust failure and issue management systems

IT Organization Management

• Lead IT teams in infrastructure, security, and applications
• Define team roles, assign priorities, and monitor performance
• Establish and maintain IT operational standards

IT Governance & Operations

• Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and response systems
• Manage IT assets, licenses, and budgets
• Communicate IT priorities with leadership and business units

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including infrastructure or application development
