Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 20000, ITIL, COBIT).

• Support risk management processes by identifying IT risks, assessing their impact, and developing mitigation strategies.

• Oversee IT audit activities, ensuring that internal controls are effective and that risks are minimized.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT projects and operations adhere to governance standards.

• Review and report on the performance of IT operations to ensure they align with organizational objectives.

• Maintain awareness of emerging trends in IT governance, risk management, and compliance to keep the organization ahead of potential challenges.

• Provide guidance and support to IT leadership and staff on governance-related matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience in IT governance, risk management, or IT audit.

• Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, or ISO/IEC 20000.

• Experience in implementing and maintaining governance structures and policies in an IT environment.

• proficiency in Arabic and English.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in risk management and compliance programs is a plus.
