Job description

To be responsible for leading and coordinating strategic efforts to effectively integrate digital technologies and processes within an organization. This entails transitioning from conventional methods to innovative digital solutions to ensure competitiveness and readiness in a fast-evolving digital landscape, while also generating business value by enhancing customer experience and optimizing operations. Acting as a catalyst for change, this role bridges the gap between technology and business goals, facilitating smooth integration and optimization of digital tools and platforms within the set KPIs, agreed budgets, adopted policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum 9 years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 4 years of experience in a managerial position is required.
2. Strong understanding of digital technologies, including but not limited to ERP, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, IoT and Digital Marketing.
3. A bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent is required.
