About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Delegate based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to lead and manage all aspects of information technology operations for Kings League MENA. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless IT infrastructure and digital systems performance across events, productions, and league operations. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of event-driven IT needs within sports and entertainment environments. You will collaborate closely with regional and global teams to ensure technical consistency, security, and innovation across all platforms.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems for Kings League MENA events, including networking, streaming infrastructure, servers, and onsite tech support.
  • Ensure reliable and secure digital infrastructure at all live venues and league offices, including LAN/WAN networks, cloud services, AV systems, and wireless connectivity.
  • Collaborate with production, content, and broadcast teams to ensure technical requirements are met for seamless live coverage and content delivery.
  • Provide on-ground IT support during live events, addressing real-time technical issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive league data and digital assets.
  • Coordinate procurement and inventory of hardware, software, and other IT-related equipment across all departments.
  • Work closely with global IT teams to align technical standards, systems integration, and platform compatibility.
  • Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, procedures, and incident response plans.
  • Ensure timely troubleshooting and support for internal users, including ticketing systems and escalation processes.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose innovative IT solutions to enhance fan experience, content delivery, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on IT operations experience, preferably in live events, sports, or entertainment industries.
  • Proven experience in network administration, systems support, and AV/streaming setups.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform under pressure during live productions.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based tools, production software, and streaming platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple IT projects across regional sites and tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends for events.
  • Experience working in multicultural, cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
