Main Responsibilities
- Leadership:Lead one of the following IT sections: ERP, Business Intelligence, or Web & Enterprise Content Management.
- Operational Monitoring:Highlight and identify operational gaps, monitoring service performance regularly.
- Stakeholder Engagement:Ensure relevant stakeholders are involved in specifying new services and major upgrades to existing services.
- KPI Management:Monitor and manage defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess service effectiveness.
- Budget Support:Support the annual budgeting cycle and manage assigned OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
- Service Level Reviews:Perform periodic reviews of IT services to ensure service levels meet the IT Service Catalog and contracts with third-party vendors.
- Contract Evaluation:Evaluate managed services contracts and recommend options for service improvement.
- Staff Training:Train and direct IT staff by sharing expertise and experience, while monitoring employee performance and addressing operational issues.
- Business Use Cases:Develop business use cases for new IT demands, identifying and evaluating new solution opportunities to meet customer needs.
- Strategic Planning:Partner with key IT staff to create strategic IT business plans and services, ensuring solution compatibility with industry standards.
- Policy Recommendations:Provide recommendations on desired IT policies and goals, supporting the implementation of new or revised programs.
- Innovation Promotion:Support innovation programs and promote innovative solutions within the organization.
- Technology Awareness:Raise technology awareness by running demonstrations and workshops.
- Reporting:Provide required reports and status updates on IT projects, programs, KPIs, and achievements, keeping stakeholders informed.
- Optimization Initiatives:Lead optimization initiatives and quality assurance enhancements.
- Risk Management Coordination:Coordinate and respond to risk management demands and audit activities.
- Additional Duties:Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor or manager.
