Purpose of Job
Jobholders at this level are experienced professionals capable of conducting work with general directions. They are primarily concerned with developing solutions to challenges which require some analysis to understand and resolve, and addressing issues escalated from junior levels.
They undertake complex operational activities including the assessment of business users’ and functional requirements related to new solutions and change requests. Develop the Business Requirements Document (BRD) describing all requirements, specifications, and business processes. Provide reports on business analysis activities. Assist in the analysis of business processes and reengineering alternatives for improvements. Develop the documentation and training materials to end users with relevant functions.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent is required.
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
