A reputable Financial Services group in Riyadh is hiring an IT Architecture and Governance expert to build and maintain secure, scalable, and compliant cloud-based IT systems that support the bank's expanding digital services. This role will be pivotal in aligning technology strategy with business objectives, ensuring robust risk management and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creating blueprints for the organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
2. Establishing and maintaining IT standards and guidelines.
3. Designing systems that can seamlessly integrate with existing infrastructure and applications.
4. Developing and enforcing IT policies, standards, and procedures.
5. Implementing risk mitigation strategies and controls.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent.
2. Professional certifications (e.g., CGEIT, CRISC, CISA, CGRC, TOGAF, and Open Certified Architect) highly preferred.
3. 6+ years of relevant experience in IT strategy formulation, policies, processes, systems development, and infrastructure.
4. Technical analysis and evaluation of IT architectures.
5. Fluency in English. Arabic proficiency is an added advantage.
