Job description

Job Overview:

As an Application Specialist, your role will involve installing, configuring, and implementing dental software systems (Dental Practice Management Systems (DPMS), Dental Imaging Software) from an IT perspective across the Kingdom based on project needs. You will also provide client support and training for end users on these systems.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field, along with 3+ years of experience. Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, and hardware implementation is required. PMP certification is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:
  • Perform software installation, configuration, and hardware implementation, including servers and related equipment, to ensure optimal operation and a stable IT environment.
  • Utilize IT and networking expertise to maintain stable connections and a reliable working environment for all systems.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions and provide hands-on support for end-users on the provided systems, assisting with technical issues.
  • Provide timely client support for tickets and resolve issues effectively.
  • Visit customer sites to ensure a stable work environment and address any software-related issues as needed.
  • Maintain client orientation with strong communication skills and the ability to establish and sustain customer relationships.
  • Report to management on tasks completed and issues resolved.
  • Possess professional proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Willingness to travel across the Kingdom based on project needs and departmental requirements.
