Job Scope

Monitor the product process, control the quality of the products, and ensure accurate application of GMP rules in every step of production.

Job Requirements

• At least B.Sc. or Diploma in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Science.
• One year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English.

Professional Knowledge

• Knowledge of systems such as ICH, GMP, GLP, WHO.
• Knowledge of production area layout design.
• Knowledge in Trend Analysis.
• Failure investigation skills.
• Understanding of material, process, and people flow.
• Statistical analysis skills.
• Experience in systems development and workflow optimization.

Main Competencies

• Percentage of defects/violations/deviations found during process control.
• Average number of quality checks versus target.
• Percentage of deviation reports approved versus generated.
• Percentage of action points from internal audits implemented within the planned timeframe.
• Number of units rejected by quality inspection.
• Number of customer complaints related to service quality.
• Effectiveness of process audits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of GMP rules in the production area and monitor employee practices, such as gowning, to prevent contamination.
• Check general cleanliness in the production area.
• Control calibration of instruments in the IPC section according to SOPs.
• Verify each identification card of every room with the product inside.
• Ensure the safety of the production process.
• Perform line clearance in all production areas.
• Sample bulk and finished products.
• Inspect patches for weight, variation, sealing, appearance, and printing.
• Check overprinting on boxes and labels according to production orders.
• Monitor inspection during production.
• Manage rejected products for destruction.
