Key Responsibilities:

• Translate corporate strategy into operational investor relations plans and drive their execution to support strategic priorities.

• Participate in preparing the function’s annual budget; assess financial performance against targets, identify variances, and capitalize on improvement opportunities.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive communication toolkit—including annual reports, regulatory filings, press releases, fact sheets, and investor presentations—to ensure alignment with DWE messaging.

• Build and sustain high‑impact relationships with investors, analysts, brokers, fund managers, and financial media to ensure transparent information flow and timely response to inquiries.

• Provide regular insights on competitive positioning, analyst commentary, and industry developments to senior leadership.

• Coordinate production of the annual report, aligning content with disclosure standards and corporate objectives.

Requirements:

• Saudi National
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, or capital markets, with a track record of strategic leadership.
