Job description

To lead and oversee all functions related to investment, asset management, business development, and construction projects at JCSA, ensuring strategic alignment, optimal resource allocation, and financial efficiency. The role aims to drive revenue diversification, enhance profitability, improve asset performance, and support organizational growth through effective collaboration, governance, and operational excellence.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Approve operational plans for all Investment and Asset Management functions, ensuring optimal resource allocation for efficient and timely execution.
2. Collaborate with Chief Officers to diversify JCSA's revenue streams, aiming to enhance overall profitability.
3. Lead activities related to Investment and Business Development, providing strategic advice to strengthen JCSA’s ability to identify and capitalize on investment opportunities.
4. Oversee planning, design, and implementation of construction projects, guiding on cost efficiency and high-quality delivery.
5. Manage operations concerning asset and property management, with strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
6. Coordinate with the Investment Committee to evaluate and approve investment opportunities.
7. Ensure stakeholder communication regarding the objectives and services of the Support Services function.
8. Oversee annual budgeting process for reporting directorates, ensuring alignment with business needs.
9. Monitor financial performance, identify underperformance, and recommend improvements.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in finance or relevant field; Professional Certification is a plus.

Required Years of Experience:
