Position Overview:
As an Investment Banking Associate focusing on Capital Markets and Debt Capital Markets (DCM) at TwoAtoms Capital, you will play a pivotal role in originating, structuring, and executing capital market transactions for clients in KSA and beyond. Your responsibilities will cover debt issuances, sukuk, bond offerings, and private placements, as well as supporting broader advisory mandates such as M&A transactions and capital formation. Key Responsibilities:
- Support deal execution across the entire DCM lifecycle, including structuring sukuk, bonds, and private debt placements for clients across multiple industries.
- Assist in the preparation of transaction documentation, including investor presentations, offering memoranda, and regulatory filings.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders—such as legal counsel, auditors, and regulators—to ensure compliant and timely execution of capital market transactions.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate potential deal structures, pricing, and returns under various market scenarios.
- Perform valuation analyses, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company, and precedent transaction methodologies.
- Contribute to credit assessments and risk analyses to determine optimal capital structures for diverse client needs.
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, macroeconomic indicators, and sector-specific developments to identify opportunities and assess potential risks.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients, leveraging your expertise to influence decision-making.
- Stay up to date on regulatory changes in the Saudi capital markets, ensuring the firm and its clients remain compliant with CMA and regional guidelines.
- Collaborate with clients—ranging from government entities to corporates and financial institutions—to understand their strategic objectives and tailor capital market solutions accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, rating agencies, and key market participants in the Gulf and EMEA regions.
- Prepare and present clear, succinct deal updates, pitchbooks, and board-level presentations to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Professional Experience: 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, debt capital markets, corporate finance, or a related field within KSA or the Gulf region.
- Certifications: CME1 and CME5 ( Capital Market Authority) OR CFA Level II (at a minimum).
Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and market data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv).
- In-depth knowledge of DCM instruments (bonds, sukuk, private debt) and related regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English (Arabic proficiency is highly advantageous).
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership potential, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
