Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

1. Manage and monitor investment portfolios, including equities, real estate, and private assets.
2. Prepare detailed financial reports and statements for family-owned properties and investments.
3. Ensure accurate bookkeeping and compliance with financial regulations.
4. Analyze market trends and support investment decision-making.
5. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for assets.
6. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external financial consultants.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience in investment, family offices, or asset management.
3. Strong understanding of real estate accounting and equity investment processes.
4. Excellent knowledge of financial reporting, analysis, and portfolio reconciliation.
5. High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
6. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
