Job description

The Inventory Analyst is primarily responsible for managing and optimizing inventory operations to ensure accuracy and appropriate aging, while maximizing order fulfillment. This role involves monitoring stock movements from receiving containers to dispatching items to customers, ensuring that actual stock aligns with the Warehouse Management System (WMS) at all stages. The Inventory Analyst also addresses inventory discrepancies through problem-solving, communicates findings professionally, and recommends corrective and preventive actions. Additionally, the role requires providing inventory reports to stakeholders, along with suggestions to maintain accuracy and optimal stock aging. Continuous monitoring and improvement of inventory processes are essential responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
