The ideal candidate will bring both the technical foundation of architecture and the creative expertise of interior design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions for residential, commercial, or diverse-use projects.

Responsibilities

• Translate architectural concepts into functional, high-quality interior designs.
• Develop space planning, detailed layouts, and 3D design presentations.
• Select and specify finishes, furniture, and materials aligned with project requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity through project execution.
• Conduct site visits to review progress and ensure adherence to design standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (mandatory).
• 5–6 years of proven professional experience as an Interior Designer (residential, commercial, or diverse-use).
• Strong design portfolio that demonstrates both architectural and interior design projects.
• Proficiency in design and visualization software: AutoCAD, Revit, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, and related tools.
• Knowledge of building codes, design standards, and materials.
• Strong creativity balanced with practical execution skills.
