Job Description:
Parsons is seeking a talented Senior Integration Engineer / Manager to join our team on Neom the Line.
Role Purpose:
- Develop, enhance, and implement operational integration approaches across all project management sectors to support effective management of integration issues.
- Organize and proactively manage integration matters to support overall project progress, objectives, and milestones.
Key Accountabilities & Activities:
- Manage overall project integration elements (procurement, construction, planning & scheduling, T&C, techno-commercial, HSSE, etc.) onsite/offsite, including monitoring and follow-up.
- Design project-specific integration management plans and strategies to identify, track, and report integration issues throughout project stages.
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities; assess and implement strategies to minimize negative impacts.
- Collaborate with NEOM sectors, proponents, project teams, and contractors, fostering effective communication and alignment.
- Manage relationships among partners for strong communication and prompt resolution of integration matters.
- Set measurable performance objectives for the team, conduct assessments, and provide feedback.
- Organize team meetings and development events to enhance skills and confidence.
- Promote a culture of open communication and positive team spirit aligned with NEOM values.
Background, Skills & Qualifications:
- 15+ years of relevant experience, including supervisory/managerial roles onsite/offsite.
- Professional Engineer registration and active membership in a professional engineering society.
- Experience in construction coordination or management within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to develop work methodologies, processes, and procedures independently.
- Knowledge of Project Engineering Design is preferable.
- Understanding of project stages from design to completion, addressing gaps and workflow misalignments.
- Proficiency in Primavera, Power BI, Excel, CAD, Revit.
- Experience in management reporting and presentations.
- Knowledge of KSA local authority and international engineering codes/best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering (minimum).
- CPEng preferred.
