Job description

Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage the planning and construction stages of construction projects.
  • Prepare work schedules in collaboration with the team and subcontractors, and oversee instrument construction & testing processes.
  • Ensure compliance by performing instrument calibration, loop tests, function tests, and inspections.
  • Document processes and maintain detailed test logs.
  • Report and present test project progress updates to clients and senior management regularly.
  • Oversee daily operations at test sites and coordinate activities of subcontractors and staff.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide technical advice to project stakeholders.
  • Manage project resources, equipment, and materials efficiently.
  • Implement safety and compliance protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-year course or Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Background in Instrument or Materials Engineering preferred.
  • At least 3 years of work experience as an Instrument Construction & Test Engineer.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Preferred certifications/licenses related to NEMA, IEEC, API, ASME.
