Job summary

Instrument Technician in Jizan, Saudi Arabia is sought by a leading oil and gas company. You will install, maintain, calibrate, and repair instrumentation equipment used in the oil and gas industry, ensuring safe and reliable operation in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience with instrumentation equipment including pressure transmitters, temperature gauges, flow meters, level indicators.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of calibration procedures and safety regulations.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of instrumentation systems including pressure, temperature, flow meters, level indicators, and control valves
• Calibrate instruments according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards
• Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctions or issues with instrumentation equipment
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and maintain inventory of spare parts
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times
