Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Design, install, calibrate, and maintain field instrumentation and control systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA, etc.).
2. Troubleshoot instrumentation and control issues across plant processes to ensure minimal downtime.
3. Coordinate with process, electrical, and mechanical teams for smooth operation and maintenance.
4. Develop and update P&IDs, loop diagrams, and wiring schematics.
5. Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance for all instrumentation and control systems.
6. Evaluate and implement control strategies to improve productivity, safety, and process efficiency.
7. Calibrate and maintain various types of instrumentation to ensure optimal performance and accuracy in measurement.
8. Diagnose and troubleshoot instrumentation issues using specialized tools and software.
9. Install new instrumentation and control systems in collaboration with engineers.
10. Conduct routine inspections and document findings and actions taken.

Desired Candidate Profile
